Our company is engaged in the production of ecological materials based on walnut shells with many years of experience. The technological production processes developed by us will ensure the cleaning of our products from impurities (partitions, nut kernels) by more than 99%, and completely exclude the presence of extraneous solid particles (stones, metal, plastic, etc.).

Our product line includes:
• soft abrasive media for sandblasting machines or tumbling drum chambers, for cleaning metal (including galvanized), wooden, glass, plastic, stone surfaces from fuel oil, soot, oxide, paints, varnishes, silicone, rubber, etc. It does not really matter which surface you need to clean, the main condition for using the walnut shell blasting is that you need the gentlest attitude towards the treated surface. Walnut shell hardness is about 3-3.5 on the Moss scale (with grain diameters 0,05-0,2 mm, 0.3-0.4 mm, 0.4-0.7 mm, 0.8-1.0 mm, 1.0-1.2 mm, or another);

• soft walnut shell filler for cosmetic scrubs and body peelings (with grain diameter 0.2-0.3 mm, 0.3-0.5 mm, or another);

• granular fuel pellets with a unique nutty smell (in retail package or without, with granules diameter 6-8 mm);
• etc.
