Vertical machining center

MLH series milling machining center can perform the following functions: milling, drilling, reaming, boring, processing of housing parts, press molds in serial and single-piece production, the machine meets high cutting parameters, accuracy and exceptional reliability.
MLH series is manufactured on the basis of a monolithic bed casting that has no internal stresses. This provides high machining stability, absence of vibration and allows using this machine in high-productivity operations with large material removal, as well as applying advanced cutting modes.
MLH series is equipped with roller rolling guideways on the X Y Z axes, which will allow achieving low noise level and stability; on the X Y Z axes it is equipped with high-rigidity and high-precision ball screws manufactured in Taiwan, which will improve the static and dynamic feed performance. The guides on the Y axis have a design necessary to withstand high loads while ensuring high machining accuracy.
The spindle of increased rigidity is manufactured with high precision using ball bearings. The tool change system with a floating collet is used to avoid load on the spindle bearings during tool change, while guaranteeing a longer service life of the spindle. The spindle drive is carried out by belt transmission with a toothed belt with enhanced torque.
