Job description
Recruitment is open for one of the well-known Alaska crab boats — F/V Northwestern. Work takes place in the Bering Sea harvesting king and snow crab. This is hard but highly paid seasonal work where it is possible to earn a significant amount in a few months.
Assistance with maritime documents
Special documents are required for legal work at sea. If you do not have them, we provide support in obtaining a seafarer's passport and the necessary international certificates. The services for preparing the document package are paid by the candidate at the preparation stage and are not deducted from future wages. The processing is carried out officially with personal attendance at the office in Moldova.
Salary
Rate: 420 долларов в сутки
Additionally: share (portion of the crab catch)
The final income depends on catch volume and trip duration.
Average seasonal income (2–3 months):

Payments are made at the end of the trip or season.

Work schedule: 14–16 hours per day during fishing periods
No days off during the trip

Preparation and deployment of crab traps
Lifting and sorting the catch
Working with deck equipment
Loading and unloading operations
Preparation of gear
Keeping the vessel in order
Requirements
Age from 22 years
Good physical condition
Readiness for intensive work in marine conditions
