Work schedule:
Current schedule is in 3 shifts 1st shift - 06:00 - 14:00 2nd shift - 14:00 - 22:00 3rd shift - 22:00 - 06:00 The night shift first day starts on Sunday at 22:00, the last day on Thursday from 22:00 to Friday 6:00 AM.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided free of charge, 2-4 people per room, couples live separately, the accommodation has all necessary amenities. The agency tries to provide workers with comfortable living conditions.
Meals:
One hot meal per shift (morning and day) is fully paid (the cost of the meal for night shifts is compensated in the salary for the month worked).
Additional information:
Dismissal expenses (clothing/medical examination) amount to a maximum total of 263 $ (amounts are deducted from the last salary proportionally to the period worked) 1-3 months - 100% deduction 3-6 months - 50% deduction 6-12 months - 25% deduction Accommodation 200-250 $/day is deducted in the following cases: days of unpaid leave, days on sick leave, days of absenteeism. And if the candidate does not inform about resignation at least 14 days in advance, the cost of accommodation may be deducted for the period from the date of resignation to the end of the month in which the resignation occurred.
