We are looking for an experienced dispatcher who can work with Dry Van / Reefer / Flatbed across the United States and can manage at least 5 trucks independently.
Requirements:
• Dispatching experience across the United States of at least 1 year
• Confident English (spoken + written)
• Ability to manage 5+ trucks simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of HOS (Hours of Service)
• Excellent knowledge of United States geography — understanding toll roads, detention zones and "dead" zones
• Ability to negotiate with brokers and find the best loads
• Experience with RC, BOL, tracking and resolving en route issues
