Responsibilities:

• Share customer feedback with managers;
• Prepare and serve quality coffee and tea beverages;
• Communicate and engage with new and regular customers;
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfect the workplace;
• Follow safety and occupational health rules;
• Adhere to food and beverage recipes;
• Be punctual and disciplined;
• Contribute to creating a positive team atmosphere;
• Recommend new menu items.
• Greet customers at the entrance of the coffee shop;
• Present the drink menu to customers and answer their questions about ingredients;
• Take drink orders, paying attention to details (for example, coffee preferences, milk and sugar ratio).
• Prepare drinks according to recipes;
• Serve drinks and semi-prepared items such as cookies, pastries and muffins. Receive and process payments (cash and credit/debit cards);
• Keep the bar counter clean;
• Store clean tableware;
• Ensure the coffee machine operates properly and report any need to the technical maintenance department;
• Comply with health and safety standards;
