Working conditions:

Minimum contract term - 6 months. During the contract, work is carried out on a rotational basis, around the clock. The rotation length on an oil or gas production platform is 21-90 days (depending on the employer company).

(Most often the rotation is 60 days).

Work schedule for technical personnel - 4 hours on, 8 off: (4 hours - work, 8 hours - rest); for household staff - continuous working day - a total of 8 hours per day. Days off during rotation are absent. Mandatory shore leave is provided to the team after the end of rotation - with a duration of 30-45 days.

Salary:

for general workers $,£,€ 120 - 200 per day ($,£,€ 2500 - 3000 and more per month). For specialists and their assistants $,£,€ 200 - 300 per day ($,£,€ 4000 - 9000 and more per month).
