Senior Product Manager in Chicago

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA
Salary: $108 000 - $120 000 per year
Work schedule: Full-time

• Lead negotiations with go-to-market and delivery teams to offer best-in-class product solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Develop product strategy and manage the product roadmap.
• Make tactical prioritization decisions to help the company think long-term.
• Identify and develop new opportunities by staying close to the market, customers, competitors, and engineering teams.

• Extensive product management experience in a company building digital products, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to conduct and manage market, customer and user research as a basis for identifying and prioritizing product opportunities.
• Research-oriented mindset
• A combination of intuition and a scientific approach for effective and timely product decisions.
• Ability to effectively analyze data and use it to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to argue your position (document and present) and gain buy-in from your team and stakeholders.
• Experience leading delivery teams to ensure they do their best to achieve the desired outcome.
