Responsibilities:
- Preparation and mixing of ingredients for the production of Bavarian sausages Höhenrainer.
- Processing of meat, spices and other components in accordance with the technological process.
- Operation of production equipment, including meat grinders, forming machines and others.
- Compliance with safety and sanitation standards in production.
There is also a packer position (simpler responsibilities)
Requirements:
- Experience in meat product production, especially Bavarian sausages, is welcomed but NOT REQUIRED
- Knowledge of sausage production technology and adherence to high quality standards (TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a team. (REQUIRED)
