Production Manager in Morton

Salary: $34 100 - $43 000 per year
Work schedule: 40 hours per week

• Oversee operations at the facility to achieve higher productivity;
• Organize training and instructional materials for the production team;
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and professional standards at the facility;
• Organize, monitor and prioritize tasks to achieve production goals;
• Evaluate various stages of the production operation to ensure optimal efficiency;
• Ensure the flow of raw materials and other resources.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active listening, communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-changing, change-oriented environment
• Ability to make decisions
• Able to follow written instructions and documented procedures
• Knowledge of English
