Important qualities for a packer/sorter:
• Inclination for manual labor
• Ability to perform monotonous work
• Ability to concentrate attention
• Spatial thinking
• Accuracy, consistency in actions.
Conditions:
Salary + bonuses:
5300-5500 $/month (Net, without bonuses and overtime)
Hourly pay: 20-25$/hour
+50% for overtime hours (36 $) up to 4 hours overtime
Work on holidays or weekends is paid double salary.
Payment once a month, on the 22nd, (in cash or to a bank account)
Work schedule:
Schedule: from 8:00-17:00, lunch break one hour. hours per day.
Accommodation is provided by the employer free of charge, married couples live separately, men and women separately by 2-4 people per room. There is all necessary furniture, wi-fi, air conditioning and safes for personal belongings. Shower and kitchen are calculated for every 2 rooms. The employer issues work clothes free of charge. Transfer to the workplace is free.
