General laborer in New York

Work location: Giltner, state of Nebraska, USA
Salary: $11 - $17.00 per hour
Work schedule: 15 – 40+ hours per week from Monday to Friday. Customer deadlines and agricultural seasonality may require additional availability

• Proper communication with customers and escalation of any operational issues to the manager.
• Maintain good condition and cleanliness of inventory, tools and equipment for company vehicles, including returning tools to storage locations.
• Follow company safety rules and ensure a safe working environment in their work area;
• Timely and accurate completion of all service operation reports and forms. This may include inspection reports, work orders, etc.
• Provide accurate timekeeping to determine job costs.
• Participate in all required trainings and job-related professional development, and take an active interest in further skill development through other training programs.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds as needed without assistance

• Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• General skills operating vehicles and equipment used in service centers (diagnostic equipment, forklifts, hydraulic lifts, etc.)
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems is preferred but not required.
• Owning a mechanic's tool set appropriate for the required work is preferred but not required.
• Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in repair of agricultural, automotive and lifting equipment is preferred but not required.
