Fish Plant Worker in Cadillac

An employment agency invites CIS citizens for seasonal work at the fish processing plant Trident Seafoods in the city of Kodiak, state of Alaska. The plant is one of the largest seafood producers in the region and offers favorable working conditions for foreign employees.

Responsibilities:

• Processing, sorting, packing and freezing fish and seafood (salmon, cod);
• Quality control of products on the production line;
• Working in low-temperature conditions on production sites.

Requirements:

• Willingness to perform physical work and long work shifts;
• Production experience is welcome but not required;
• Basic knowledge of English for communication with colleagues and management.

Work schedule:

• 12 hours a day, 6 days a week;
• Seasonal employment: from 3 to 5 months (from April to September).

Salary:

• Hourly rate: from 18 to 22 US dollars per hour (data for 2024);
• Overtime pay — up to 30 dollars per hour;
• Possible monthly earnings — from 5,000 to 7,500 US dollars with full employment.

Additional conditions:

• Free accommodation in a dormitory on the plant territory;
• Three meals a day provided by the employer;
