Requirements:
- 2years+ experience in dispatching or managing
- English — Upper Intermediate level and above, Ukrainian — fluent, Russian — fluent
- Ability to work in EST time zone (16:00 — 1:00)
- Skills in working with application management programs (experience in Workiz is mandatory)
- Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions
What you will be responsible for:
- working in Workiz program
- communication with clients via IP telephony
- acceptance and processing of applications
- coordination and distribution of work among technicians
- reporting and monitoring of work performance
