Ready for a real challenge and serious money? We are recruiting men for fishing vessels (crab fleet) in the state of Alaska, USA. This is tough but highly paid work, where you can earn a very substantial amount in a single short season.
Assistance with maritime documents from scratch: Legal work at sea requires specific documents. If you do not have them — we provide professional services for the full preparation of a seafarer passport and all necessary international certificates. Please note: document package services are paid and covered by the candidate during the preparation stage. The cost of processing is not deducted from future wages. The entire process is absolutely transparent and official, with your personal attendance at our office in Moldova. This is an investment in yourself that pays off within the first days on board!
How much you will earn:
Monthly income: 12 000$ – 18 000$ (rate 27$ – 33$ per hour).
Season income (2–3 months): on average people earn from 20 000$ to 35 000$.
Additional bonuses may be possible based on catch volume.
Payments are made reliably at the end of the voyage or season.
Working conditions:
Location: USA, state of Alaska.
Duration: seasonal work (contract for 2–4 months).
Schedule: shift from 04:00 to 20:00 (14–16 hours per day), 7 days. In port rest 1-2 days
Accommodation and meals: fully provided on board at the employer's expense.
Your duties:
Assisting with fish catching on the fishing vessel.
Working with nets, pots and deck equipment.
Sorting and processing the catch.
Loading and unloading operations.
Preparing gear and equipment for the next catch.
Maintaining cleanliness on deck.
Requirements:
Age from 22 years.
Willingness to intensive physical labor and harsh sea conditions.
Maritime documents required for work: BST/STCW (valid for 5 years) and a marine medical commission (valid for 2 years). Reminder: if you do not have them, we will arrange them for you in Moldova.
