Aspect is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide support to our customers across their journey of discovery, purchase, use and referrals of friends to our platform.
You will be working with our support team and have full autonomy on how to design our support practices and will only be beholden to a single outcome - our users’ success with using our products, purchasing our service and having a world class experience.
You will also be in charge of creating social media outreach content with the objective of clarifying our mission to our prospective customers and increasing our social media presence and success.
