Основные обязанности:
- Organization and control of the company's financial flows.
- Building a system of financial accounting and transparent reporting.
- Management of raised funds and effective budget allocation.
- Preparation and delivery of public pitch presentations, participation in startup events and industry conferences.
- Preparation of financial documentation for investors and strategic partners.
- Interaction with founders and top management on financial strategy issues.
- Development of the company's long-term financial model with a focus on international growth (USA, Canada, Europe).
Requirements:
- Excellent English (C1-C2).
- Experience in the role of CFO / Financial Partner / Investment Manager (preferably in startups or the EdTech/IT sector).
- Experience managing financial flows, setting up accounting and preparing reports.
- Public speaking skills and experience presenting projects to external audiences.
- Knowledge of the US venture market and financing mechanisms is an advantage.
- Financial expertise: P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, financial modeling.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions in conditions of dynamic growth.
