Main responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the company's cash flows.
- Building a financial accounting system and transparent reporting.
- Managing raised funds and effective budget allocation.
- Preparing and delivering public pitch presentations, participating in startup events and industry conferences.
- Preparing financial documentation for investors and strategic partners.
- Collaborating with founders and top management on financial strategy.
- Developing the company's long-term financial model with a focus on international growth (United States, Canada, Europe).
Requirements:
- Excellent English (C1-C2).
- Experience in the role of CFO / Financial Partner / Investment Manager (preferably in startups or the EdTech/IT sector).
- Experience managing cash flows, building accounting and preparing reports.
- Public speaking skills and experience presenting projects to external audiences.
- Knowledge of the US venture market and financing mechanisms is an advantage.
- Financial expertise: P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, financial modeling.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic growth environment.
