Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or WhatsApp
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or training sessions
- Support HR or operations teams with basic documentation
- Track project progress and provide updates as needed
- Ensure smooth communication within the remote team
Requirements
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage (training provided)
