Vacancy: Fish processor at a fish processing plant (Alaska, USA)
Company: Pacific Star Seafoods (Kenai, AK) — a modern plant for processing salmon and other seafood for domestic and export markets.
Responsibilities:
Sorting, washing, gutting, filleting and packing fish
Working on the production line with processing equipment
Quality control of products and compliance with sanitary standards
Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
Cooperating with colleagues and following supervisor instructions
Working conditions:
Contracts: 3 or 6 months (seasonal employment)
Hourly pay: $25,7/hour
Overtime: 1,5× rate for work over 40 hours per week ($38,55/hour)
Possible bonus: up to 30% of earnings for meeting key performance indicators (10% for each item):
