Tobee WN Dredge Pump

Tobee WN Dredge Pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal, centrifugal pumps with advantages of light weight, good wear-resistance, and superior dredging performance. WN dredging pumps impeller passage is very wide. They can continuously transport gravels or high-plasticity clay and do not jam, especially for dredging sands and damming of rivers and seas.

WN Series Dredge Pumps can also be integrated with the gearbox. That means the pump and gearbox share one common shaft. So it doesn't need the pump bearing assembly and frame. In this way, not only is space saved, but cost and breakdown ratio are also reduced, letting the dredge pump give play to maximum effectiveness.

√ Construction
• WN200 to WN500 dredge pumps are of single casing, single-stage, cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal pumps. Two types of coupling with gearbox: frame and pump box.
• WN600 to WN1000 dredge pumps are of double casing, single-stage, cantilevered, centrifugal pumps.
• These pumps are equipped with a frame and lubrication is by forced thin oil. The design of double casing allows the pump to work until the volute liner is almost worn down and guarantees no leakage when the volute liner is worn down.
