Tobee THY300-THY400 Hydraulic Sludge Pump

Tobee THY300-THY400 Hydraulic Sludge Pumps are new dredging equipment. They are mainly used as an excavator attachment replacing a grab bucket when there is too much water and mud and digging is not suitable. They are driven by the excavator hydraulic system or a separate hydraulic station to pump sand, sludge, slurry, mortar, etc. Their wear parts are made of high-strength, wear-resistant chrome alloy. Hydroman hydraulic sludge pumps are mostly attached to amphibious excavators, swamp excavators, dredging excavators, cutter suction dredgers, or bucket dredgers for dredging operations.

Design Features:

√ High performance in heavy duty conditions - hydraulic sludge pumps ensure transportation up to 35% of dry mass (sand, gravel etc.) from total pump capacity.
√ Oversized motors are designed for sludge and slurries with solid concentration up to 70% by weight and 1.6 Kg/dm3. The hydraulic drive version is also available to provide higher performance in especially harsh working conditions.
