The Sumab Mini mobile concrete plant is designed to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixes at a capacity of 5-10 m³ per hour.

The plant's exact productivity depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and chemical additives used.
The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system.

A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 20 concrete formulas and grades.

It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and percentages, simplifying the monitoring of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 5-9 m³ per hour (depending on the concrete grade: wet or dry). It is mounted on a container frame and can be transported by trailer at a speed of 40 km/h. 2. Aggregate bins, 2 x 1.1 m³
3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer. Dosing accuracy +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.
4. Aggregate conveyor from the bins to the mixer, including electric motor.
5. 500/300 liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel. 5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.
6. Galvanized water tank, 200 liters, with a built-in Danfoss pump and water feeder.
7. Mobile concrete plant control panel. Manual control keyboard.
Easy-touch screen for Siemens PC automatic plant control. 20 concrete grades with the ability to change the grade before each batch.
A printer displays the finished mix in kg and %. Indicators per batch, hour, shift, and month.
