Scope & deliverables

Permit/Planning: plans, sections, elevations, code notes, site plan

Revit modeling: parametric families, rooms/areas, schedules (LOD 300–400)

CD sheets: coordinated details, take-offs, door/window schedules

Coordination: clash checks, BCF issue log, naming/numbering rules

Formats: RVT/RFA, PDF/DWG/DXF, XLSX/CSV, IFC 2x3/IFC4

Timelines (guide): concept 3–7 days; permit set 2–4 weeks (size/complexity). Express available.

Stamping/sign-off via licensed local partners where required.
