This electric cruiser scooter is the Citycoco with 13-inch hub matching wide flat tire. That’s almost 3x as wide as a standard scooter tire! The HL 3.0 also performs like a bike with an engine. It features a 60V/63V 3000W rear hub motor with max. speed 40–75 KM/H.

The HL 3.0 packs an amazing amount of fun into an economical package. Whether you’re riding for transportation or fun, it gets you there in style. It sports a 60–63V 12–20AH capacity Lithium removable battery system whose cruising range can reach 30–70 KM on a single charge.
