Mobile jaw crusher, impact crusher and vibrating screen

The mobile jaw crusher ftj 1175 helps clean and coarse material to enter the crusher by separating dirty material before entering the crusher thanks to the adjustable-speed vibrating feeder and the intermediate screen located before the crushing chamber, and significantly increases the quality of the final material. With this system, many different stones such as granite, basalt and limestone can be easily crushed.

In this scheme the crushed material from ftj 1175 goes to the mobile impact crusher ftı 130, where the customer obtains finer material. The sizes of the outgoing material can be regulated with pendulums with hydraulic adjustment.

After the mobile impact crusher ftı 130, the material is sent to the mobile screen fts 1560, and simultaneously 3 different materials can be obtained.
