Thanks to the simplicity and low cost of installation, our new generation fullstar series mobile crushing, screening and washing plants have been among the top preferred machines in this class for the last years. This plant, whose first crushing operation is carried out by a primary jaw crusher, can be configured according to our clients' needs with a secondary crusher or a cone crusher. Our plant (60), being the world's first development of this kind, enables crushing, screening and washing of sand fraction 0-5 mm on a single chassis. The fullstar model operates on the principle of a closed system, has a productive capacity up to 300 тонн/сек., and provides production of 4 different fractions. We also manufacture 3-function mobile plants models 90 and 110, with 2 trailer-type wheel chassis.
Fabo fullstar-90 is a mobile plant that performs crushing, screening and sand washing functions simultaneously. This type of crusher is very efficient because it is assembled on a single chassis, which reduces the installation footprint and its own cost.
