High-quality equipment from one of the best European manufacturers. Reliable, technologically advanced, at a reasonable price, significantly lower than that of competitors. Equipment for the Preparation of water-fuel oil emulsions Thanks to the cavitation effect, fuel oil turns into a homogeneous suspension in which the light and heavy (bitumen) fractions contained in it, as well as water and solid particles, are completely mixed. This improves the operation of burner nozzles: the nozzles coke less, the torch becomes uniform and does not pulsate, and the amount of soot decreases. The injectors operate stably when the load decreases. The negative impact of water present in fuel oil is minimized. If, during combustion, fuel oil is replaced with a water-fuel oil emulsion with a water content of up to 10%, then it is possible to save about 5% of fuel oil without any deterioration in the technological characteristics of the boilers. It is possible to replace expensive types of fuel oil with low-grade ones; when used as part of water-fuel oil emulsions, all the basic physical and mechanical properties of the fuel (heat of combustion, viscosity, etc.) are preserved. Replacing fuel oil with high-quality water-fuel oil emulsion (WME) when burned in low-power boilers (up to 1.5 m3/hour) allows you to: - increase the efficiency of a thermal boiler by 3-5%; - reduce the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere (CO and soot by 2 times; NOx by 25-50%; SO2 by 30-70%); c - 1.5-2 times to reduce soot formation on the surfaces of the heat exchanger in the boiler; - reduce high-temperature heating of fuel before combustion; - reduce specific fuel consumption by at least 3-6%; - eliminate the discharge of produced water by introducing it into the VME. PULSOIL-CT is mounted directly into the fuel oil supply line to the nozzles, but can also be used when filling containers for long-term storage. The structure of the suspension is preserved for over six months and makes it possible to prevent lamination in containers, significantly reduce the amount of precipitation, and the water contained in the fuel oil is evenly distributed throughout the entire volume. This fuel oil is less viscous, which greatly facilitates its transportation through pipelines.
