High-quality equipment from one of the best European manufacturers. Reliable, technologically advanced, at a reasonable price, significantly lower than that of competitors. Equipment for Pre-cracking oil treatment, CTS Oil is a high-molecular, heterogeneous liquid, the molecules of which are complexly oriented at atmospheric pressure and normal temperature. Thus, an energetically favorable balance of intermolecular and external forces is achieved. When an external pressure of several hundred atmospheres is applied to oil, the molecules are polarized, counteracting external forces, maintaining the equilibrium of the system. If the external pressure is abruptly removed, then internal forces will begin to break macromolecules into smaller components, while the density decreases. This principle forms the basis for pre-cracking treatment of oil and petroleum products in the high-frequency hydrodynamic cavitator PULSOIL-CT. The flow of petroleum products, passing through PULSOIL-CT, enters the zone of “stall” cavitation. The pulse repetition rate is determined by the geometric parameters of PULSOIL-CT and is in the range from 500 to 25,000 Hz. The entire oil flow passes through a highly efficient cavitation zone. When cavitation bubbles collapse in a very short time (less than 1 μs), the temperature reaches several thousand degrees Celsius and a pressure of more than 1000 atm develops. Thus, the conditions for oil processing indicated above are created directly in the flow. Due to the high stability of operating frequencies, high homogeneity of the finished product is achieved and the yield of light petroleum products increases to 3-5%. It should be noted that this technology allows not to dehydrate crude oil, which contains up to 20% water, but, by exposing it to ultrasonic cavitation, to involve it in a series of chemical reactions leading to the formation of alcohols, ethers and esters, while increasing the calorific properties of the fuel at reducing its cost.
