FOB Transaction Procedure – EN590 10ppm (Houston – VTT)
1. Buyer issues CIS, Seller issues SCO
2. Buyer issues ICPO with all relevant details such as Trade license, passport copy and Bank details.
3. Buyer shares the Terminal manager name and email for the seller to verify the Buyer's active account with Tier 1 Tank.
4. Buyer demonstrates POF (Proof of Fund)
5. Seller issues the CI for the available quantity of EN590 10ppm. Buyer signs and returns the CI within 24 hrs
6. Seller moors the vessel directly to the Buyer tank terminal and issues ATB & Q&Q Authorization (UDTA) to the Buyer.
7. Buyer boards the vessel and conducts Quality & Quantity (Q&Q) inspection at Seller’s vessel/tank using an independent surveyor such as SGS or equivalent, within 24 hours. Failure to perform Q&Q within the stipulated timeframe shall result in automatic cancellation of the transaction.
8. Buyer obtains the Q&Q report from Surveyor.
9. Buyer releases 100% payment via MT103 within 24 hours of receiving the Q&Q report. Seller provides the remaining POP documents to the Buyer.
10. Upon confirmation of the payment, Seller injects the product directly into the Buyer’s nominated tank. Upon successful completion of injection, Seller settles intermediary commissions.
11. SPA Execution – Seller and Buyer execute a 12-month SPA for subsequent contractual supplies
