Our price is set at 20% below the exchange rate, with delivery available worldwide under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms.

Payment terms are outlined in a contract for a monthly supply of 20,000 tons as follows:
- For the first delivery (trial) of 5,000 tons, a 30% prepayment is required. The remaining 70% is paid after SGS inspection on CIF terms.
- For the initial contracted delivery of 20,000 tons, a 10% prepayment is needed, with the remaining 90% paid on CIF terms after SGS inspection.
- For each subsequent delivery, full payment (100%) must be made on a CIF basis after SGS inspection.

Please note that payment by letter of credit, bank guarantee, or escrow account is not accepted.

The delivery capacity is currently 20,000 tons per month, with the option to increase this volume based on demand.

Commercial terms include:
- The buyer must provide a letter of intent (LOI).
- The seller issues a full corporate offer (FCO).
- The buyer agrees to the FCO.
- The seller will prepare the contract.
- Contract signing is followed by the issuance of an invoice for the advance payment by the seller.
- Upon receipt of funds in the seller’s bank account, the goods will be loaded and shipped promptly.

All payments must be made exclusively from the buyer’s commercial bank account. The seller does not accept payments from third-party accounts or external payment platforms.
