Stationary automatic block-line for production of paving tiles, blocks/pavers/curbs and other concrete products SUMAB R-1500 (Sweden), automatic and semi-automatic modes of operation.

These block-lines are equipped with a high-tech vibrating system Knauer or Synchrotronic.

Maximum productivity (per shift (8 h)):
- 23000 pcs. of hollow blocks (20x20x40 cm)
- 2000-2600 m2 of pavers (10x20x6 cm) per shift.
- 2800-4000 pcs. of curbs depending on curb dimensions, presence of additional facing layer.

Components of the production line:
The stationary high-capacity Sumab plant consists of the following components:
Stationary block machine Sumab with automatic or semi-automatic control.
Vibrating system Knauer, Germany.

Mold. For each product type (paver, blocks, curbs, etc.) a separate mold is required.
Additional material hopper for applying color and hard surface to concrete products.

Device for moving finished concrete blocks from the block machine with start/stop ramp speed control, consists of two chain conveying systems.

Elevator – Automatic device for lifting and accumulating pallets with finished products (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2x10 or 12 levels for pavers).

Loverator – Automatic device for lowering pallets with dry finished products from the rails to the transport conveyor (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2x10 or 12 levels for pavers).

Conveyor belt for moving pallets with dry products to cubic position and then rotation of the pallet – cross movement.

Pneumatic crane with grab for transferring finished products from pallets to transport euro-pallets.

Return device for empty pallets — cross movement of pallets with return to the storage accumulator.
Slats – conveyor for moving finished products to packing and moving to warehouse.

Automatic control system of the production line and PC, Siemens software. Cables, fuse system, emergency safety system.

Concrete plant with capacity up to 20-30 m3.
3x15 m3 inert material bins,
