Stationary automatic block-line for production of paving slabs, blocks/pavers/curbs and other concrete products SUMAB R-1500 (Sweden), automatic and semi-automatic modes of operation.

These block-lines are equipped with high-tech vibration system Knauer or Synchrotronic.

Maximum productivity (per shift (8 h)):
- 23000 pcs. hollow blocks (20x20x40 cm)
- 2000-2600 m² of pavers (10x20x6 cm) per shift.
- 2800-4000 pcs. curbs depending on curb dimensions, presence of additional facing layer.

Components of the production line:
The stationary high-capacity Sumab plant consists of the following components:
Stationary block-machine Sumab with automatic or semi-automatic control.
Vibration system Knauer, Germany.

Mold. For each type of product (paver, blocks, curbs, etc.) a separate mold is required.
Additional material hopper for application of paint and hard surface of concrete products.

Device for moving finished concrete blocks from the block-machine with adjustment of ramp start/stop speed, consists of two chain conveyor systems.

Elevator – Automatic device for lifting and accumulating pallets with finished products (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2x10 or 12 levels for pavers).

Loverator – Automatic device for lowering pallets with dry finished products from racks onto a transport conveyor (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2x10 or 12 levels for pavers).

Conveyor belt for moving pallets with dry products to cubic position and then pallet rotation – cross movement.
Pneumatic crane with grab for transferring finished products from pallets to transport euro-pallets. Manual control.

Return device for empty pallets cross movement of pallets with return to storage-accumulator.
Slats – conveyor for moving finished products to packaging and movement to warehouse.

Automatic production line control system and PC, computer program Siemens. Cables, fuse system, emergency safety system.
