Asphalt plant for production of Cold asphalt 15 m3/h

The special mobile plant Sumab C 15-750 is intended for the production of Cold asphalt, in the volume of 10-15 m3 per hour.

The exact performance indicators of the plant depend on the type and grade of the produced asphalt, as well as on the inert materials used in the production of the asphalt and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile plant for production of Cold asphalt is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system.
A modern Siemens computer system allows storing 25 recipes. There is a possibility to print each mix of the finished batch in kilograms and percentages of inert materials during the preparation of the mix.

The basic configuration of the plant includes the following elements:
- Fully automated mobile plant, 10-15 m3 per hour. Located on a container frame.
- Inert material bunkers, 2x3.5 m3
- Inert material weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer.
Dosing accuracy - 100 g. Siemens – Germany.
- Pan mixer 750/500 liters, covered with a 12 mm layer of special steel. 5 quick-release blades with fibropastic tips. Automatically opening gate for feeding the finished asphalt.
Electric motor 15 kW.
- Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with built-in pump and water dosing unit.
- Air compressor 10 BAR.
Productivity about 5.5 m3 per hour at 10 BAR pressure, air chamber 50 liters.
- Mobile plant control panel. Manual control keyboard.

Touch screen, Siemens computer for automatic plant control. 25 recipes with the possibility to change the grade before each batch. Printer with printout of the finished batch mix in KG and %.

- High-pressure compressor 160 BAR for plant cleaning

Additional options at the customer's request:
- Conveyor for feeding the finished cold asphalt from the mixer. Length 4 - 10 meters, width 1 meter
- Special pump for chemical additives for the production of cold asphalt, with a hose with automatic control from PC
