Company TSNT Group, which operates mainly not far from Philadelphia (1–2 hours), on cellular communication towers, hires workers for the following specialties.
- Technician. Requirements: knowledge of electricity and the basic principles of electrical power and data transmission. This specialty does not involve working on the tower, only on the ground. There will be a preliminary interview and paid training (about 5–7 days). Salary $200–250 per day. Skills such as English, willingness to travel long distances and construction experience are welcomed.
- Climber (entry-level). Requirements: physically strong and not afraid of heights. We will teach everything else. There will be a preliminary interview and paid training (about 5–7 days). - Top hand. Requirements: knowledge of rigging is mandatory, ability to work independently at the top, and knowledge of AT&T or T-Mobile is mandatory. There will be a preliminary interview. Salary $300–$350 per day.
- Junior manager. Requirements: good English, communication skills and the ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer. Tower work experience is welcomed. Salary starts from $40,000 per year plus bonuses.
